Deep-fry minced shrimp, fish filet, pork, chives and seasoned filled, wrapped in sheet of wheat dough. Served with sweet chili sauce.

A popular papaya salad, "Tam Thai" version, of shredded green papaya, string bean, tomato and peanut in a palm sugar-chili-lime juice dressing.

Minced fish with green beans, kaffir-lime leaves and curry paste, deep-fry. Served with a sweet chili sauce.

Medium-size-shrimps cooked in the shell. Served with a sweet and spicy fish sauce and lime juice.

A cake-like of frying any kind of vegetable, noodle, mushroom, bean sprout, or other greens, egg and flour with sauces and some condiments for  taste. 

A mild soup of cabbage, red onion, mushroom, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir-lime leaves, cooked in coconut mild, pronounced sour taste, followed by a salty and hot taste.
